Description

  • Plan and execute Filevine’s presence at court reporting conferences, including flagship industry events and NCRA events.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of recruiting events to grow the independent contractor network.
  • Develop and run multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness of independent contractor opportunities across court reporting, digital reporting, and transcription.
  • Manage paid digital and sponsored-content campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, industry boards, notary networks, and conference sponsorships.
  • Produce and manage print collateral for conferences and recruiting events, including brochures, banners, and other event materials.
  • Coordinate webinar logistics, including invitation list distribution, follow-up, and Zoom setup for court reporters.
  • Create and maintain talent marketing collateral such as one-pagers, slide decks, social assets, and event swag.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives such as hackathons and employee advocacy efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with demonstrated ability to own campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels.
  • Early-stage startup experience is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid digital advertising, including LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience with content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias toward action.
