Description

Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting MES, ERP, PLM, QMS, LIMS, and supporting enterprise platforms.
Develop API-based, event-driven, batch, ETL, and ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premises manufacturing systems.
Create workflows supporting production execution, material management, scheduling, quality processes, traceability, and regulatory documentation.
Implement data quality, lineage, observability, auditability, validation, anomaly detection, and SLA monitoring frameworks.
Administer Azure Government and AWS GovCloud data services and manage infrastructure as code.
Build CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts using Python and/or PowerShell.
Support PLC/SCADA, automated traceability, barcode, RFID, and industrial data integrations where applicable.
Partner with engineering, operations, IT, quality, cybersecurity, compliance, and implementation teams on integration designs and go-live activities.
Document architectures, data dictionaries, workflows, and compliance evidence; mentor junior engineers and analysts.

Requirements

12–15+ years of data engineering or enterprise integration experience, including substantial manufacturing or industrial experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and certifications may be considered.
Hands-on experience integrating MES and ERP platforms in production manufacturing environments.
Experience with regulated manufacturing, such as aerospace, defense, ATF-licensed, or equivalent environments.
Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, T-SQL/Spark SQL, PySpark, Git, and data modeling.
Experience with platforms such as Apriso/DELMIA, NetSuite, 3DX PLM, ForProject, Empower, LIMS, or equivalent systems.
Experience with Azure Government or AWS GovCloud, including services such as Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, S3, Glue, Lambda, or RDS.
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OData, Kafka, Azure messaging, iPaaS, EDI, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
U.S. Person status is required under ITAR/EAR; ability to maintain or obtain a DoD clearance is required, with existing clearance preferred.
Must be able to work remotely in the U.S., travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities, and support occasional after-hours cutovers or incidents.

Base salary of approximately $163,000–$205,000.
