Description

  • Set the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of in-person events aligned to business goals.
  • Design and deliver brand experiences and storytelling that engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, venue selection, contracts, travel, registration, booth design, and on-site execution.
  • Own event budgets, expense tracking, and ROI-focused optimization.
  • Develop and execute webinar strategy, content, promotion, production, and follow-up processes.
  • Coach speakers and presenters to deliver polished, audience-relevant presentations.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Operations to capture, hand off, and report on leads and pipeline impact.
  • Repurpose webinar and event content into videos, blog posts, social posts, email content, and other campaign assets.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate across Marketing and Sales on campaigns, initiatives, and broader marketing planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing and events experience.
  • Experience planning and executing high-impact in-person and virtual programs, including webinars, trade shows, and field events.
  • Experience with trade shows and other event formats.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation creation skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, audience-relevant messaging.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing principles and SaaS business dynamics.
  • Preferred: ability to extend event and webinar content through repurposing and cross-channel distribution.
