Description

  • Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and solution narratives for C&I facility managers, sustainability leaders, and finance teams.
  • Create sales and Client Success enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution sheets, battlecards, ROI calculators, and onboarding communications.
  • Monitor energy market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in distributed energy resources.
  • Lead product launches and feature updates for C&I solutions, including success metrics and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with Client Success to convert performance data into case studies and customer testimonials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of energy markets, grid dynamics, and C&I distributed energy technologies, including storage, solar, demand response, and load management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product features into business-value messaging.
  • Experience using messaging to influence key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience aligning Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Experience marketing solutions to commercial and industrial customers, such as manufacturing, commercial real estate, healthcare, or retail, preferred.
  • Authorized to work from a home location in the United States or Canada; Voltus does not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires.
  • Ability to work primarily from the employee’s home country, with international travel requiring approval.
