Description

  • Record natural customer support-style conversations following provided prompts and instructions.
  • Play assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent, individually or with a partner.
  • Record in one or two languages depending on assignment scope.
  • Complete approximately 1 hour of audio recording per assignment in a quiet, noise-free environment.
  • Speak clearly and naturally to meet audio quality standards.
  • Upload, rename, and manage files correctly according to project instructions.
  • Re-record assignments when quality requirements are not met.
  • Complete assignments within project deadlines and respond to potential re-record requests.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 hour of recording per assignment.
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.
  • Clear audio quality with minimal background noise.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone or headset.
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files correctly.
  • Availability aligned with project timelines, pairing needs, and assignment availability.
  • Willingness to sign an agreement and acknowledgement form if selected, including consent for project-related use of recorded audio data.

Benefits

  • Pay rate of $40.00 USD for 1 hour of recording.
  • Payment for approved work based on successful quality review.
  • Fixed, project-specific premium rates for the launch phase.
  • Existing Deel onboarding structures and rates may remain in place for currently onboarded participants, depending on assignment type and operational alignment.
