Description

  • Coordinate training schedules, session invites, attendance tracking, and learner follow-ups.
  • Manage LMS enrollment, progress tracking, completion monitoring, and course assignment based on role and department.
  • Organize, upload, and maintain training materials, links, modules, and reference resources so they remain accessible.
  • Maintain training documentation, attendance logs, compliance trackers, and onboarding records.
  • Support new hire onboarding workflows to ensure required training is completed on time.
  • Serve as the coordination point between new hires, HR, and the Staff Trainer.
  • Assist employees in navigating Knowledge Base articles and maintain familiarity with company-wide and department-level KB structures.
  • Flag outdated, unclear, or inconsistent training content and coordinate updates for Staff Trainer review.
  • Prepare training materials, decks, LMS modules, and reference links before sessions.
  • Collect training feedback and learner progress data, and prepare training summaries and reports for review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR support, onboarding, or learning operations.
  • Hands-on experience with an LMS platform, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, process documentation, or Knowledge Base systems.
  • Experience in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume onboarding environment is a plus.
  • Relevant training or trainer certifications are considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple trainees and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Teams.
  • Able to follow structured processes and escalate appropriately.
