Description

  • Generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, digital outreach, referrals, and area canvassing.
  • Convert provided leads and self-generated prospects into customer meetings and sales.
  • Visit prospects in person to assess their needs and build trusted business relationships.
  • Present Viva.com products and services based on each prospect’s requirements and market context.
  • Close sales for payment terminals and related merchant acquiring services.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Complete relevant role training and refresher training.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience selling solutions to SME retail and hospitality businesses, including mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Consistent record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of information technology, particularly web-based applications.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong organization and diary management skills.
  • Resilience, persistence, and ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle available for business use; expenses are paid.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Previous banking or card-terminal experience (preferred).
  • Experience selling technology-driven solutions and understanding financial products and services (preferred).
