Description

  • Support the company-wide implementation, rollout, and integration of Salesforce and other commercial and finance systems.
  • Coordinate project actions, deadlines, deliverables, stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and ongoing data-quality improvements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, document results and issues, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain system reports, dashboards, documentation, process guides, and trackers.
  • Provide ongoing administration for Salesforce and other business systems, including user requests and issue resolution.
  • Perform recurring financial reporting, transactional support, data uploads, spreadsheet maintenance, checks, and reconciliations.
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and other teams to resolve data discrepancies and obtain required information.
  • Identify process gaps and inconsistencies and help automate or simplify reporting and administrative processes.
  • Provide flexible operational and administrative support to the Commercial Finance Director and FP&A team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Strong interest in technology, business systems, and process improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly and work proactively with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to undertake detailed, repetitive, transactional, and administrative work.
  • Availability to work 10:30–19:30 IST, overlapping with UK business hours.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM, or ERP systems; Power BI, Power Query, or data-visualisation tools; and financial reporting or business processes is preferred.
