Description

  • Draft, review, and facilitate approval of corporate documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare, submit, and receive documents related to the opening and closure of legal entities, permits, certificates, and statutory filings.
  • Manage trademark documentation, including registration, maintenance, and protection.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements and tender documents.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs for the Environmental and Social Management system and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and employee compliance training.
  • Ensure compliance with banking requirements, including KYC and AML.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate law and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with applications, questionnaires, and other regulatory submissions, and liaise with regulators, external counsel, auditors, and certification bodies.
  • Maintain corporate, contract, and compliance records accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of the document registry procedure.
  • Experience working with contract templates.
  • Knowledge of contractual document features related to the sale of main products.
  • Strong curiosity, perseverance, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to take responsibility, act independently, and own results.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced English level.
  • Fluent Ukrainian for legal writing.
