Description

  • Partner with account teams to develop transformation roadmaps, stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, and transition plans.
  • Assess organizational readiness, business needs, capability gaps, workflows, and resistance drivers.
  • Develop integrated change and enablement plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, approaches, and success metrics.
  • Design targeted learning strategies and customer-centric learning experiences for impacted user groups.
  • Create stakeholder engagement, communication, and feedback plans for sponsors, champions, and end users.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions while tracking engagement and comprehension.
  • Own post-go-live reinforcement, including retraining, coaching, champion support, and adoption interventions.
  • Build internal customer champion networks to sustain adoption and peer support.
  • Track adoption, training completion, assessment, and satisfaction KPIs; report outcomes to client sponsors.
  • Conduct retrospectives, document benefits and lessons learned, and share reusable best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years leading end-to-end change management or customer enablement programs in client-facing B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success designing and executing learning and change strategies that achieve measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE or learning design thinking and/or change frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, customer onboarding, or omnichannel strategy in pharma or life sciences is preferred.
  • Comfort enabling customers on AI-driven or agentic tools and curiosity about AI’s impact on ways of working.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and technical features into clear learning content for nontechnical users.
  • Confidence communicating with C-suite sponsors and frontline users and adapting communication to each audience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, collaboration, and proactive working abilities.
  • Advanced or fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
