Description

  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and enablement programs for new digital capabilities.
  • Create and maintain user guides, playbooks, learning resources, and communications.
  • Drive adoption and readiness for platform enhancements, personalization, analytics, and AI-enabled features.
  • Manage community calls, office hours, feedback sessions, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support change management for new digital capabilities and platform enhancements.
  • Partner with product, technology, content, business, and member-firm teams on change initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption, identify capability gaps, and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital enablement, training, learning design, or change management.
  • Experience developing training materials, guides, playbooks, and learning resources.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and digital concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS environments, marketing technology, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience with AEM is preferred.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments is preferred.
