Description

  • Develop and maintain the compliance framework for ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, AML/KYC, and other applicable requirements.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation.
  • Create and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, risk registers, training programs, and records.
  • Conduct third-party due diligence, including KYC, AML, sanctions, and integrity screening.
  • Maintain the Environmental and Social Management System under ISO 14001 and provide legal support for ISO 27001 and other management systems.
  • Coordinate ESG assessments, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Draft and review corporate documents, manage legal entity matters, and support permits, certificates, statutory filings, and trademarks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements and provide legal support for tender documents.
  • Advise on corporate and regulatory matters and liaise with regulators, external counsel, auditors, and certification bodies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Legal or Compliance Counsel.
  • Understanding of document registry procedures and experience working with document templates.
  • Knowledge of contractual documentation related to the sale of company products.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong legal writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Curiosity, perseverance, attention to detail, responsibility, ambition, and a results-oriented approach.
