Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy a secure multi-tenant intelligence architecture from the ground up.
  • Own data pipelines, system integrations, and LLM implementations across the platform.
  • Review technical designs, identify gaps, and shape the long-term technology roadmap.
  • Integrate CRM systems, advertising APIs, web analytics, and spreadsheets.
  • Normalize unstructured data into clean, reliable data models.
  • Build production-ready Claude workflows within Microsoft 365 and Asana.
  • Ensure AI outputs are accurate, context-aware, traceable, and subject to human approval.
  • Implement strict client data separation, access controls, read-only access, and auditability.
  • Partner with leadership on scalable, secure architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT, APIs, CRM extraction, and unstructured data cleansing.
  • Proven systems architecture experience designing isolated multi-tenant databases with strong security and governance.
  • Production experience building and deploying LLM applications, including Claude, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws, PII minimization, and auditable data practices.
  • Ability to move between high-level architecture and hands-on coding.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Asana integrations preferred.
  • Experience with marketing technology, Google or Meta advertising APIs, or sales CRMs preferred.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop approval interfaces for AI outputs preferred.
