Description

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate finance records.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to receivables, vendor inquiries, and payment resolutions.
  • Monitor and respond to the finance department email inbox in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a finance or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Comfortable handling 10–20 inbound and outbound calls per day on average.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced experience with finance software.
