Description

  • Manage the executive team’s task backlog and prioritize initiatives against strategic goals.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for the Technical and Creative departments.
  • Standardize delivery processes and remove bottlenecks across teams.
  • Organize high-level meetings and prepare progress reports for founders.
  • Ensure transparency across key milestones and delivery status.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing.
  • Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the iGaming industry in a PMO or Senior PM role.
  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with the ability to adapt the framework to the team’s needs.
  • Strong understanding of the slot development lifecycle, from math and art through integration and launch.
  • Proven track record with concrete examples and metrics showing improved delivery speed, team performance, or complex project launches.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations of founders and C-level executives.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with ClickUp, including automations, dashboards, and workload management, is a plus.
