Description

  • Own the platform end to end across multiple applications, shared SDKs, frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
  • Stand up new infrastructure, cloud environments, tenants, connectors, data syncs, and migrations from scratch and verify they work in production-like conditions.
  • Direct parallel AI coding agents across multiple repositories, decompose work into isolated tasks, and reconcile results through adversarial review.
  • Integrate deeply with SAP/ERP systems using RFC/BAPI, including business-rule reverse engineering, master-data flows, and idempotent event sync.
  • Design and maintain multi-tenant data architecture using PostgreSQL row-level security, JSONB extensibility, and careful migration practices.
  • Ship coordinated changes across multiple repositories while keeping CI green, deployments successful, and the overall architecture coherent.
  • Write specs, design docs, discovery questions, and runbooks so work can be resumed and understood by other engineers or agents.
  • Build internal tooling that improves AI effectiveness, such as navigation maps, documentation indexes, guard hooks, and custom skills.
  • Automate recurring workflows into reusable Claude skills, hooks, or slash commands.
  • Review changes adversarially, verify correctness in the real environment, and catch regressions beyond surface-level success.

Requirements

  • Fluent AI orchestration experience running agents in parallel, isolating work in worktrees, and verifying output adversarially.
  • Genuine full-stack and infrastructure breadth, including React, backend services, Postgres RLS, and Terraform.
  • Strong systems debugging instinct across service boundaries such as auth, pagination, dependency conflicts, and integration mismatches.
  • Evidence-driven verification habits, including using working screenshots, read-back records, or live payloads instead of trusting badges alone.
  • Ability to describe a time you reversed your own conclusion when the evidence changed.
  • Strong automation mindset with a habit of turning repeated work into reusable skills, hooks, and commands.
  • Operating discipline that includes read-only investigation until authorized, copying proven patterns, enhancing in place, and leaving clean handoffs.
  • Thick skin and plain speech, with the ability to handle blunt feedback and explain reasoning clearly.
  • Enterprise ERP / SAP depth, especially RFC/BAPI, ABAP, and customer/order master data, or the ability to reverse-engineer it.
  • Nice-to-have tooling experience building navigation maps, indexes, skills, guard hooks, or templates.
  • Preferred architectural judgment under constraints, including knowing when not to rewrite or scatter systems.
  • Multi-tenant or B2B platform experience, including tenancy isolation and per-tenant configuration.
  • Compliance familiarity with GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001, including ROPA, control mappings, and runbooks.
  • Design-system literacy, including token-based systems and the ability to do your own UX/UI pass.
