Description

Concept, design, and launch complex digital experiences and compelling products for clients.
Conduct research, exploratory design, prototyping, and visual design throughout the product design process.
Design high-quality digital products and thoughtful interfaces that balance function, aesthetics, and usability.
Use user research methods and available data to inform design decisions and evaluate design effectiveness.
Communicate complex interactive design concepts using design and prototyping tools.
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, and clients to align on product strategy, functionality, and usability.
Facilitate client workshops and help teams evaluate and prioritize product concepts.
Create screen designs and user flows for new features and product experiences.
Test prototypes with users to assess usability and refine proposed features.
Work within agile development teams while keeping deliverables realistic, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience designing digital products.
An online portfolio or other example work that can be shared during the application process.
Proficiency with Figma.
Knowledge of accessibility and how design decisions affect product usability for everyone.
Familiarity with modern development approaches, including web applications, client-side applications, and native mobile applications.
Ability to clearly communicate recommendations to clients and teammates.
Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills.
Experience working with agile software development teams.
Commitment to integrity, lifelong learning, and sharing knowledge.
Able to write and speak clearly and effectively in team and client settings.

Annual base salary of $75,000 to $105,000 depending on location, skills, and experience.
