Description

  • Own the design strategy and vision for assigned product projects and ensure alignment with design principles and standards.
  • Gather, define, and validate UX requirements early in the design process.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams, and visual assets to communicate product and feature specifications.
  • Test designs and incorporate end-user feedback to improve usability and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on information architecture, navigation, and task workflows.
  • Advocate for design principles and drive consensus across product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Balance product usability with technical feasibility when working with engineering teams.
  • Educate the organization on design best practices and how to implement them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing for B2B, B2C, or SaaS products.
  • A strong design portfolio across mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
  • Experience building and managing a design system.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma.
  • Familiarity with Maze, Notion, Fullstory, Shortcut, Miro, and other project management tools.
  • Interest in using emerging AI technologies to improve design velocity and support creative exploration.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Startup-ready mindset with confidence and problem-solving skills for situations with limited information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Passion for food and interest in restaurants and dishes.
