Description

  • Own and lead UX projects from strategy through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business and user goals.
  • Define UX strategy and execution plans, including workflows, best practices, and delivery approach.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX work with product objectives.
  • Shape the UX of AI-powered features and contribute to AI-native product ideas for internal and client work.
  • Review, elevate, and balance team deliverables while owning key UX outputs.
  • Ensure UX solutions improve product adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
  • Present design strategies and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Coach and mentor designers to strengthen their skills and strategic thinking.
  • Improve UX workflows, design review practices, and quality control processes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and presales efforts, including UX proposals and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, including at least 2 years leading and managing UX teams.
  • Strong portfolio showing UX design work, including team leadership or client account ownership.
  • Experience with B2B products and enterprise applications.
  • Experience in HealthTech is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI in a product or UX context is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate design teams.
  • Experience managing client expectations and aligning UX solutions with business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects across UX, development, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong ability to present, advocate for, and articulate UX value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
