Description

  • Orchestrate product launches from intake through General Availability and post-launch review.
  • Apply and adapt Appfire’s Launch Execution Framework, including processes, templates, governance, and best practices.
  • Facilitate launch team meetings, readiness reviews, and key decision points.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps; coordinate mitigation and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide visibility into launch health, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and leadership concerns.
  • Coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Operations, and other teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent launches and complex workstreams amid changing requirements and ambiguity.
  • Improve launch processes, templates, automation, and AI capabilities to strengthen execution and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or a related role in SaaS or technology.
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple launches or complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and drive accountability.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including risk identification, dependency resolution, and escalation.
  • Experience supporting software or technology product launches across product and go-to-market lifecycles.
  • Experience using cross-functional processes, frameworks, or tools to improve operational visibility and execution.
