Description

  • Own and maintain integrated program plans across major initiatives, including workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and status tracking.
  • Align strategic growth initiatives with operational changes across product, billing, and member communications.
  • Coordinate and sequence workflows across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, escalation paths, and decision logs.
  • Run weekly rollout operations meetings and drive program execution.
  • Lead readiness activities for clinical programs and protocols, billing and invoicing, member communications, outcomes measurement, and service-model cost structures.
  • Identify, track, and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks, including maintaining an executive blocked-items list.
  • Translate complex operational status into clear executive updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related concentration.
  • 8+ years of program/project management, operations, or implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in a Series B–D growth-stage startup environment.
  • Experience leading or supporting a complex, multi-workstream organizational transformation.
  • Direct experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory, clinical, and payer dynamics, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with product rollouts or product-led transformations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, including executive-level status reporting.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and ability to work from a U.S. state where Vida is registered.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or Claude to improve operational workflows (preferred).
