Description

  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing leaders to scope, plan, and track growth initiatives.
  • Manage execution of epics and sprints using Jira and keep boards current and actionable.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate quarterly and sprint planning cycles as well as retrospective processes.
  • Resolve blockers and debug operational issues to keep programs moving across functions.
  • Build, maintain, and improve documentation, team workspaces, and roadmaps.
  • Support technical discussions and serve as a trusted partner to engineering and product leadership.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations on scope and timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and operational hygiene across tools and teams.
  • Foster a strong team operating rhythm through proactive status updates, async documentation, and efficient meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a TPM role working closely with software engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Experience managing and facilitating projects in Jira.
  • Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture and workflows, with comfort discussing tradeoffs with engineers.
  • Strong command of data analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt to executives and engineers.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively course-correct.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with a modern martech and product analytics stack such as Amplitude and Segment (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce, subscription-billing, and lifecycle-messaging platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, and Iterable (preferred).
  • Comfort with error-monitoring, logging, and BI tools such as Sentry, GCP Cloud Logging, and Snowflake (preferred).
