Description

  • Run multiple concurrent short-cycle projects from scoping and planning through execution and operational handoff.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations leaders to define scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • Manage epics and sprints in Jira and maintain actionable, current project boards.
  • Create dashboards, timelines, status communications, and roadmaps to support fast stakeholder decisions.
  • Facilitate quarterly and sprint planning cycles and retrospective processes.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, debug operational issues, and drive cross-functional delivery.
  • Build and improve documentation, team workspaces, and operational processes.
  • Guide technical discussions and advise Engineering and Product leadership on tradeoffs.
  • Drive alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and team operating rhythms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager working with software engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling company, or managing multiple concurrent short-cycle projects.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Direct experience managing and facilitating projects in Jira.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and workflows and discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
  • Strong command of data analytics tools for decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including risk anticipation and proactive course correction.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Amplitude, Segment, Shopify, Stripe, Iterable, Sentry, GCP Cloud Logging, or Snowflake (preferred).
