Description

  • Build and manage end-to-end Braze campaigns and Canvases across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, webhooks, and content cards.
  • Design complex audience segmentation and experiment frameworks for lifecycle and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Lead data integration and pipeline development by optimizing DBT and BigQuery data models.
  • Configure custom attributes and events and manage reliable real-time data syncing between the data stack and Braze.
  • Own data quality and integrity across the MarTech ecosystem, including record maintenance, merging, issue resolution, and accuracy checks.
  • Drive analytics and reporting using Braze native tools, BigQuery, and SQL to inform lifecycle strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Partner with member operations and data teams to architect a scalable foundation for personalization, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Support cross-functional technical and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working at the intersection of marketing, data science, and technology.
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience using Braze to drive lifecycle campaigns.
  • Proven ability to write SQL scripts in BigQuery or similar cloud-based relational databases.
  • Understanding of Braze data models and logic principles.
  • Understanding of data querying and multivariate experiments.
  • Exposure to API workflows, data modeling, and full-funnel analytics.
  • Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Braze certification (Administrator or Marketer) strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience using DBT data models to drive lifecycle triggers.
  • Proficiency with Looker data models to build and interpret marketing performance dashboards.
