Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and resolving employee requests promptly.
  • Provision new hire IT resources, hardware, applications, and SaaS tools while applying required security configurations.
  • Support access control management, device security compliance, and other IT security policy processes.
  • Respond to security-related questions and help maintain a security-first support environment.
  • Evaluate new systems and services that can improve organizational efficiency and security.
  • Maintain and update the IT internal wiki with technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and team procedures.
  • Contribute to larger IT projects that improve the end-user experience.
  • Support ongoing device lifecycle management and daily IT operations for the end-user environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and/or relevant technical certifications preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a tier 1 IT helpdesk role required.
  • Strong knowledge of provisioning, monitoring, and supporting MacBook and Chromebook devices.
  • Experience with SaaS and workplace tools including Okta, Google Workspace Administration, Slack, Atlassian products, and Jamf/Kandji.
  • Hands-on experience managing company-wide IT services such as MDM and SSO.
  • Understanding of endpoint security controls and security best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a security-first mindset.
  • Experience or knowledge of working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is preferred.

  • Salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per year.
