Description

  • Own and maintain the commercial content repository, including qualitative and quantitative information, to support accurate sourcing across productivity and AI tools.
  • Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library, third-party databases, and internal Sales and Marketing resources current and optimized for RFP workflows.
  • Translate subject matter expert input into polished, structured content for commercial and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Serve as an internal resource on AI-optimized content design so teams can create materials that AI tools can accurately interpret and extract.
  • Support Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing across the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate across functions such as Finance, Product, and Analytics to support benchmarking and proposal development.
  • Manage additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial-related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
  • Comfortable working with and optimizing AI-assisted tools.
  • Prior experience with Claude and Gemini preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
  • Familiarity with the tools, cadence, and priorities of a Commercial, Growth, or Sales organization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to reside/work from a state where Vida is registered.

Benefits

  • $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary.
