Description

  • Own the success of advanced transportation systems across a portfolio of partners and serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant, translating partner needs and ideas into revenue opportunities and improved service outcomes.
  • Build deep, long-term partner relationships by identifying pain points, delivering solutions, and proactively finding opportunities for service growth.
  • Lead analysis of daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to inform strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
  • Independently lead multi-year and complex contract renewals and service expansions with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage high-stakes negotiations to increase year-on-year revenue.
  • Champion new products and capabilities internally to support expansion of partner service size and scope.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience independently managing senior stakeholder relationships in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth company.
  • Strong quantitative and data-savvy mindset with the ability to use complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to bring clarity and confidence to highly complex, politically sensitive situations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and helps shape how work gets done.
  • Empathetic team player who contributes to collective success.
  • Experience in transportation, public sector, or related partner-management environments is implied by the role context.
  • Ability to handle autonomy and ownership over a strategic portfolio.
  • Comfort working with executive city and agency leadership.
  • Preferred: entrepreneurial relationship-building experience in a commercially oriented account management role.

  • Base salary range of $145,000-$165,000.
