Description

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, including software setup and communication strategy recommendations.
  • Help clients launch internal podcast programs and support their ongoing content needs.
  • Proactively consult with clients to drive employee audience adoption and improve podcast engagement.
  • Share best practices and creative ideas for internal communications and podcast usage.
  • Build trusted adviser relationships with clients and internal communication leaders.
  • Create and improve FAQs, guides, and templates to expand self-serve support resources.
  • Help define and expand a new client success function as the first hire on the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the employee experience and for helping partners feel supported.
  • Resourceful, curious, and problem-solving mindset with strong client advocacy.
  • Interest in making work more human and improving the future of work for employees.
  • Comfort working remotely and using Google Suite, Slack, and Notion.
  • Interest in using AI tools to help scale a fast-growing company.
  • Strong enthusiasm for podcasts and understanding their value for distributed teams.
  • Experience in customer success at a SaaS tool for HR or internal communications is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-channel internal communications in-house or at an agency is preferred.
  • Experience working at hybrid or remote companies with 1,000+ employees is preferred.
  • Experience expanding accounts to other functions of an organization is preferred.
