Description

  • Produce and optimize marketing assets for game launches, promotions, sales, CRM campaigns, and user acquisition.
  • Use AI tools and traditional design software to concept, generate, and refine visual imagery and illustrations.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop cohesive in-game assets and CRM experiences.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on creative directions and improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including mobile gaming experience across varied visual styles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience using AI image, video, or web tools during concept development and early asset creation.
  • Ability to manually refine AI-generated assets into polished production deliverables.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, CRM lifecycle strategies, and data-informed creative testing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse digital, marketing, and gaming creative work.
  • Strong adaptability and communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment across global time zones.
