Description

  • Promptly respond to customer support emails in Zendesk, handling at least 12 emails per hour.
  • Answer customer questions about shipment order status, how to use Veriswap, and customer complaints.
  • Identify customer support bottlenecks and propose systematic solutions that can be formalized into SOPs.
  • Communicate shipment requests to the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Report bugs in operational workflows to the tech team for resolution.
  • Work closely with a global support team under the Customer Support Team Lead.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric support function that directly impacts collectors' experience.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for customer support and helping customers succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  • Comfort using Zendesk to manage customer support email volume.
  • Alignment with Veriswap's core values: competitive greatness, unimpeachable character, and speed is king.
  • Interest in growth opportunities into Level 2 support or specialist roles.
  • Experience in customer support, operations, logistics, or a related function is preferred.
