Description

  • Build and maintain the Verisian Platform for clinical trial planning, exploration, building, validation, submission, and review workflows.
  • Develop the data analysis engine in Python to detect inconsistencies, analysis errors, and regulatory standard violations in clinical trial data.
  • Create and maintain custom data validation rules using the company’s DSL.
  • Design, build, test, and lead components of the engine and validation pipelines.
  • Analyze clinical trial documentation, code, logs, data, and results to support knowledge graph and traceability workflows.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy fixes to improve user impact and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data managers, statisticians, medical experts, and regulatory stakeholders on new functionality and platform improvements.
  • Build automated workflows and visualizations that give users fast insight and keep experts in control.
  • Support deployment and delivery of code through Docker/Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Git, and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Python and ideally at least one other programming language.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and data engineering principles.
  • Strong experience working with data and complex datasets.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Experience identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical problems, risks, and solutions across teams.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset aligned with shared mission and collaboration.
  • Documented, code-first approach where work is captured in code and documentation.
  • Iteration-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus: experience with data standards, especially CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
