Description

  • Configure and maintain HRMS modules across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, compensation, leave, reporting, and document management.
  • Optimize system performance, data accuracy, user access, and security.
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, system settings, and process automations.
  • Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and testing cycles.
  • Conduct audits and support compliance with SOX and ITGC requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver standard, ad hoc, and custom reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve HRIS tickets, and document system processes and SOPs.
  • Manage special projects and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Analyze people data and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing a complex HRMS, preferably UKG Pro or a similar large system.
  • Working knowledge of HR operations, data confidentiality, and security requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with platform configuration, user access, and security administration.
  • Experience with system and process automation, including workflows, approvals, self-service, and manager self-service.
  • Experience managing file feeds, pay codes, deduction codes, earnings codes, PTO/holiday configurations, file imports, interfaces, and time and attendance.
  • Experience creating complex reports and modifying existing reports.
  • Experience with alpha and beta testing, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using AI to enhance system performance and optimization (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience supporting SOX and ITGC audits (preferred).
