Description

  • Design and build agentic systems that can use tools, reason across multi-step workflows, and operate under strict compliance and safety constraints.
  • Prototype and productionize LLM-powered workflows.
  • Build internal evaluation frameworks for agent reliability.
  • Define system architecture for scalable, secure AI services.
  • Work closely with product, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into working systems.
  • Develop reliable agentic workflows for production use.
  • Create clear technical documentation and improve system clarity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building backend systems in production.
  • Strong Python experience, including FastAPI or a similar framework.
  • Experience with distributed systems and async workflows.
  • Deep understanding of system design and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience building tool-using agents.
  • Hands-on experience building multi-step reasoning workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent or orchestration systems.
  • Experience with one or more of: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants or Responses API, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered systems beyond experimentation.
  • Experience in fraud, risk, compliance, or identity systems is preferred.
  • Experience building internal AI evaluation pipelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as pgvector or Pinecone is preferred.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments is preferred.
