Description

  • Own a planning or operational workflow end-to-end, including vision, customer discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome.
  • Define the boundaries between AI automation and human decision-making.
  • Design the human review experience for AI-generated recommendations and scenarios.
  • Build products that work with messy, incomplete enterprise data from multiple sources.
  • Ship the first version of the product within the first two quarters.
  • Work hands-on in the product tool daily rather than managing from a distance.
  • Partner closely with the existing product team, including adjacent PM and design leadership.
  • Set success metrics and evaluate model outputs to identify incorrect answers and data quality issues.
  • Prioritize roadmap decisions under commercial pressure tied to named accounts and pipeline value.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience owning data-intensive or analytics products.
  • Experience shipping a product that automated a complex, multi-step manual workflow.
  • Experience building products that integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.
  • Ability to own a product domain end-to-end, including vision, discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome.
  • Quantitative fluency, including defining success metrics and evaluating model outputs.
  • Ability to translate data quality problems into product decisions.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to C-suite or board-level audiences.
  • Experience producing concise decision documents.
  • Experience prioritizing work under commercial pressure against named deals and pipeline value.
