Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Voice of Customer surveys across a 6-18 month horizon.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen VoC integration across the broader Contentsquare platform.
  • Prioritize competing goals and deliver complete product increments rather than partial work.
  • Communicate the product narrative and evolution to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer and market research to understand user needs, trends, and competitive dynamics in qualitative analytics.
  • Translate customer feedback, field insights, and usage data into a data-driven roadmap.
  • Partner with design and engineering to validate ideas through research, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Champion an AI-first approach by working with Sense AI and Applied AI teams to automate survey creation, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Collaborate daily with an Engineering Manager and five engineers as part of the Product Trio.
  • Define and track product KPIs, monitor product health, and prioritize improvements based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with ownership of a product area end to end.
  • Strong customer and market research skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into product strategy.
  • Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products, with curiosity about AI and machine learning.
  • Proven roadmap ownership and priority-setting across competing stakeholder needs.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including defining metrics and using analytics to guide product direction.
  • Understanding of both UX and data dimensions of product work, with the ability to partner effectively with designers and engineers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, design, sales, and customer success in a distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with remote and international teams across time zones.
  • Experience in VoC, customer feedback, survey platforms, or qualitative research tools is preferred.
  • Background in conversational intelligence, NLP, or text analytics products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital experience analytics or experience intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience driving product integration across a multi-product platform is preferred.
  • Prior work at the intersection of product management and applied AI is preferred.
