Description

Lead analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to recommend operating model efficiency improvements.
Design future-state processes with stakeholder input and a focus on measurable ROI.
Support data model considerations during system and functional workflow design.
Support the design and implementation of KPIs for process improvements, including throughput, capacity planning, and resource management.
Implement process improvements and standards across enterprise initiatives.
Collect and manage requirements for enterprise system implementations.
Serve as the primary liaison between departments and work functions for cross-functional initiatives.
Support change management and coordination across initiatives requiring program management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or business performance role.
Demonstrated experience in complex process design and requirements management.
Experience with analysis and executive presentations.
Preferred background in manufacturing or aerospace and defense.
Experience using basic analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
Background at a leading management consulting firm such as BCG, Deloitte, KPMG, or Accenture, or direct experience in manufacturing scenarios as a Business Analyst.
Experience working within AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management standards.
Background in manufacturing facilities and scaled manufacturing processes.
Must meet ITAR requirements and be eligible to work under U.S. export control regulations.
