Description

  • Own day-to-day administration of U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave plans.
  • Manage benefit enrollments, eligibility updates, terminations, payroll deductions, employer contributions, and vendor billing reconciliation.
  • Partner with benefits brokers, vendors, and administrators to support smooth plan operations.
  • Support U.S. open enrollment, including employee communications and benefit materials.
  • Monitor benefits compliance activities and coordinate data and documentation for reporting and filings support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with benefits questions and issue resolution.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other core HR processes for U.S. employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in the HRIS.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting requests, process documentation, and employee-facing materials.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or an HR generalist role.
  • Experience supporting U.S. employees and U.S. employee benefits programs, preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of U.S. employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans.
  • Solid working knowledge of U.S. employment law as it applies to HR operations, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with HR data for validations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data; BambooHR preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Clear, approachable communication style and the ability to explain benefits and HR processes.
