Description

  • Provide input for proposals and Statements of Work.
  • Support delivery implementation and consulting services to meet solution design and deliverables.
  • Lead overall project guidance, including project plans, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, and status updates.
  • Assist with assessment and design of solutions, including post-installation issues.
  • Estimate implementation effort for Veeam software solutions.
  • Create white papers, solution guides, best practices, and custom documentation.
  • Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam software solutions.
  • Document configurations and completed activities.
  • Analyze installed environments and recommend optimal Veeam software configurations.
  • Facilitate communication between the client and Veeam support.
  • Identify additional client needs that can be addressed with Veeam solutions.
  • Improve internal processes and documentation.
  • Travel overnight as needed to support company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience.
  • PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology required, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam’s core products.
  • Proven consulting and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Significant experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with storage systems and technologies such as Nimble, Nexsan, Actifio, and Veeam.
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols and equipment, including Fibre Channel, Ethernet, and cloud services.
  • Experience with traditional storage and backup architectures such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP/3PAR, Hitachi, and Dell.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Experience in data management, data protection, and data analytics.
  • Extensive experience with data center, business continuity, and operating systems.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, capabilities, and protocols.
  • Business-proficient Dutch and English.
  • Based in the Netherlands; must be able to work from home and conduct face-to-face customer visits.
