Description

  • Administer and support the organization’s Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • Manage and maintain the hybrid mail environment across on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
  • Administer SSO and identity management using Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, and related Entra ID services.
  • Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical services in the assigned area.
  • Monitor infrastructure and service alerts and manage incidents from detection through resolution.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure and systems implementation projects.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including Conditional Access, MFA, and Entra ID applications.
  • 3+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange in both on-premises and Exchange Online environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Solid knowledge of the OSI model, network traffic fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies.
  • Experience migrating on-premises services to Microsoft 365 or Azure and managing hybrid environments, preferred.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Windows Server in multi-domain environments, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), preferred.
