Description

  • Execute day-to-day operational support for cloud and channel partner programs, including intake, validation, and resolution of partner requests.
  • Manage case-based workflows related to partner eligibility, enablement, reporting models, and contract lifecycle activities.
  • Validate partner readiness for usage reporting models and confirm data integrity and system prerequisites.
  • Maintain accurate partner, contract, and license data across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Execute contract closeout and termination processes while ensuring records and reporting remain complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Identify operational gaps and contribute to improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, partner programs, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and case-based workflow tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level expectations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global environments.
  • Comfort operating in evolving systems and partially defined processes while helping standardize them over time.
  • Experience supporting cloud, consumption-based, or partner-led business models (preferred).
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems or channel programs in the technology industry (preferred).
  • Exposure to sales compensation, finance, or contract lifecycle processes (preferred).
  • Experience working with automation or system migrations (preferred).
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency (preferred).
  • Position is based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and applications must be submitted in English.
