Description

  • Develop and support Veeam Backup for Office 365 as part of a core product team.
  • Design, implement, and maintain product features and services using C#, .NET, REST, and PowerShell.
  • Participate in planning, specification and creation of product features and roadmap items.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional participants in the product development process (product, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and support product releases, updates and customer-facing issues.
  • Integrate and work with cloud platforms and services (Azure, Office 365, AWS, Google) and enterprise systems like Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and databases (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL).

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of C# (latest versions) and familiarity with C++/C++/CLI (beneficial).
  • .NET experience (specifically .NET 8) and experience with Visual Studio 2022 or Rider.
  • Familiarity with REST, PowerShell and CI/CD/tooling such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity.
  • Deep understanding of the Windows platform (.NET, WinAPI), data structures and algorithms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience or advantage in developing for public clouds and services: Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory.
  • Experience with databases and integrations: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL (preferred).
  • Commercial product development experience for the mass market is a plus.
  • Open and flexible mindset with clear logic, analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Location requirement: remote work is only possible if permanently located in the Czech Republic; applicants permanently outside the Czech Republic may not be considered.
