Description

  • Design and operate the Solutions team’s operating cadence, metrics tracking, and leadership review rhythm.
  • Own the configuration and ongoing maintenance of tooling for intake, initiative tracking, metrics tracking, and portfolio management.
  • Maintain consistency and documentation of the cross-portfolio ICP framework, including segment boundaries and qualification criteria.
  • Track the growth bet registry against milestone commitments, resourcing assumptions, and exit or graduation criteria.
  • Steward the solution catalog, including completeness, lifecycle classification, ICP-to-solution mapping, and packaging alignment.
  • Synthesize and maintain cross-portfolio market strategy, including TAM/SAM sizing, competitive landscape mapping, focus market dynamics, and white space analysis.
  • Design and operate the monthly portfolio review cadence, including preparation, documentation, and decision support for the EVP of Solutions.
  • Manage quarterly stage-gate reviews and track solution lifecycle stage transitions across Incubate, Standard, and Sunset phases.
  • Own the intake and prioritization process for new solution requests, document decisions, and prevent unresolved or delayed requests.
  • Track kill list execution and stage-gate decision quality, escalating non-compliance or drift to the EVP of Solutions.

Requirements

  • Senior ex-consultant profile (McKinsey, BCG, Bain partner-track; Chartis, ClearView, Sg2 associate partner or principal) or prior Chief of Staff experience at healthcare SaaS or enterprise technology scale.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy operations, transformation, corporate strategy, product management, portfolio management, or senior advisory roles.
  • Explicit experience running enterprise-scale governance processes such as stage-gate, phase-gate, or product portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Experience with ICP framework development, market strategy, solution catalog management, or competitive positioning in SaaS or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong project orchestration skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and governance processes.
  • Executive presence and comfort operating as a trusted operational extension to a senior executive in high-stakes settings.
  • Operational rigor and willingness to surface drift, zombie work, and discipline failures.
  • Strong written communication skills for board materials, executive narratives, and decision memos.
  • Team leadership experience building and developing small teams of analysts and program managers.
  • Healthcare or healthcare SaaS context preferred.
