Description

  • Own the annual roadmap and portfolio strategy for Risk & Quality AI Solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI product opportunities across the Vatica and Cozeva product lines.
  • Design and deliver solutions using agents, OCR, NLP, and LLMs to automate clinical and operational workflows.
  • Manage the full AI solution lifecycle from problem definition and development through evaluation, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Define human-in-the-loop review processes for chart abstraction, summarization, and coding assistance.
  • Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks using precision/recall, false-positive and false-negative analysis, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Define portfolio KPIs tied to client impact, efficiency, revenue, and product performance.
  • Govern AI costs and model effectiveness to support scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Lead responsible-AI policies and practices, ensuring solutions are transparent, auditable, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Mentor the product management team, implement OKRs, and drive predictable delivery across distributed teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of data- or AI-focused product management experience, including building and launching ML/AI-powered Risk & Quality solutions.
  • Experience delivering mission-critical, regulated software products at scale and leading product teams.
  • Experience operationalizing AI or data products in production, including LLM/NLP evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
  • Expertise in precision/recall, false-positive and false-negative analysis, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience across the AI development lifecycle, from data and model development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Experience managing blended offshore/onshore teams and distributed delivery across time zones.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, HCC coding, CMS risk adjustment, and the transition to the v28 model.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills across product, engineering, clinical, and compliance teams.
  • Preferred: Production experience with OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude; LLM evaluation tools such as LangSmith, Ragas, or Phoenix; FHIR, C-CDA, HL7, HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST; payer/provider SaaS; and an MBA, MPH, or advanced technical degree.
