Description

  • Own the technical strategy for complex regional accounts and shape deal approach from discovery through close.
  • Run discovery with technical and business stakeholders to uncover objectives, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments with clear success criteria and exit gates.
  • Recommend reference architectures and address security, compliance, performance, and scalability concerns.
  • Resolve technical objections and partner with Services on statement-of-work inputs.
  • Articulate product differentiators and competitive positioning to prospects, partners, AEs, and the SE team.
  • Create reusable technical assets that support technical selling, evaluation cycles, and expansion opportunities.
  • Mentor team members on discovery, demo craft, and competitive positioning.
  • Surface field feedback to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Drive architectural standards and raise the technical bar across the broader team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of presales Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience navigating complex buying environments, including procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • English language proficiency; additional language skills are valued.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and regulated procurement vehicles such as RFPs and RFQs in SLED and Healthcare environments.
  • Experience with channel-led vertical delivery.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills for government, clinical, and business audiences.
  • Broad technical knowledge across enterprise software architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure, including Docker, Azure, and AWS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot DNS, proxies, firewalls, and VPCs, with a strong grasp of LDAP and SSO technologies such as Azure Entra, Okta, and SAML.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, print/workflow/output automation, GCP, diagramming, bash or PowerShell, SQL basics, and RESTful APIs.
