Description

  • Lead, plan, prioritize, and deliver scaled partner enablement initiatives and global enablement programs for Channel Partnerships and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop program plans and timelines, own milestone prioritization and completion, and manage risk mitigation to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Drive executive alignment on systems/process integration, communications, and measurement for partner-facing initiatives.
  • Design and iterate comprehensive enablement plans covering learning paths, facilitation, systems/tools/process integration, measurement/tracking, and communications.
  • Serve as cross line-of-business Program Manager to coordinate sequencing and orchestration of complex partner initiatives, liaising with Pre-Sales, Tech Support, Product Marketing, and others.
  • Own program management for partner-facing workstreams and related communications across audiences from individual contributors to executives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and sponsors to enable evangelism and support for major initiatives.
  • Structure ambiguous problems, conduct analysis, extract insights, and deliver recommendations to drive program decisions and improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years driving global programs in fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environments.
  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS).
  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement experience and 5+ years of direct experience working in a partnership role in a technology company (preferred).
  • Experience designing and delivering live and virtual training using learning principles and best practices, and facilitating across different learning types and communication frameworks.
  • Prior experience with Channel Partner Enablement in a large, global SaaS organization and with partner-specific communications and segmentation.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience working with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Pre-Sales, and Tech Support, and experience engaging senior sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with enablement/tools such as Mindmatrix, WorkRamp, Salesforce, Gong, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Strong executive presence, narrative/storytelling and communication skills, and proven problem-solving/root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Experience in strategy and analytics for global projects and programs; project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
