Description

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and email outreach to initiate relationships.
  • Present Varsity Technologies and its services to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Customize product solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Report sales results and progress to the Business Development Manager.
  • Ensure proper after-sales service to support client retention.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proven knowledge of English at a B2 level or higher and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
