Description

  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, caulking, power washing, and replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, and doors.
  • Remove and install furniture, and handle trash removal as needed.
  • Participate in apartment inspections and document overall unit condition.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to prepare apartments and common areas.
  • Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
  • Provide general administrative support by opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities.
  • Maintain office organization and file structure.
  • Log and retrieve customer packages.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the start date.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Must be willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, including 8 hours or more per day.
  • Must be able to kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulders, push, pull, and climb stairs or step ladders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • An all-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities.
