Description

  • Support the primary Technical Account Manager in monitoring the health and performance of Varicent solutions across a portfolio of VIP customers.
  • Coach users on foundational Varicent functionality, configuration concepts, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Review new features, fixes, and release notes to assess potential impact on customer environments.
  • Configure Varicent solutions based on documented customer requirements under guidance from the senior TAM.
  • Prepare monthly performance, utilization, and support-related metric summaries.
  • Analyze solution usage and data patterns to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
  • Implement proactive maintenance actions and solution improvements.
  • Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot errors, investigate defects, and support solution optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for customer value realization and surface them for strategic review.
  • Support customer conversations that position Varicent products against process challenges and enable upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best-practice concepts.
  • Understanding of the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent software products in administering, implementing, or supporting roles is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work within a customer success environment supporting technical and solution-focused conversations.
  • Ability to manage tasks with some oversight and progressively take on broader ownership over time.
  • Successful completion of onboarding and training activities, with ability to work through internal systems and escalation paths.
