Description

  • Monitor R&D cloud spend, track project cost impact, and produce weekly cloud spend health reports.
  • Coordinate procurement activities across procurement managers, legal, security, and R&D teams, including timelines, approvals, and vendor evaluations.
  • Maintain vendor and internal accounting tracking to align renewals, usage, billing, and budget items with agreements.
  • Coordinate development cycle planning by tracking team assignments, squad buildouts, and project selections.
  • Maintain source files and prepare weekly reports and presentation materials from multiple tools and teams.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings, take and distribute notes, and update collaboration tools such as slides and Monday.com.
  • Track development hours spent on innovation to create auditable records for financial reporting.
  • Manage escalations from Support, Sales, Services, and other teams, including updating JIRA tickets for R&D.
  • Coordinate translation projects, accessibility reporting, and product gap follow-ups with vendors and internal partners.
  • Support security and compliance work by tracking training, security tests, open-source tooling eligibility, and security escalations.
  • Coordinate team events including scheduling, catering, invitations, onsite execution, and budget/payment arrangements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analyst roles, preferably in a software or technology organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, finance, legal, and vendor teams.
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of management-level presentations and metric reports.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, IBM, or Azure for conceptual cost monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charting, advanced formulas such as XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH, array formulas, and data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to build clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience with project and work management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
  • Working understanding of basic database querying concepts, including simple SQL SELECT queries for data retrieval and reporting.
  • Foundational understanding of software development concepts, including SDLC, version control, release cycles, and how development, QA, and operations teams interact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in or exposure to exploratory and regression testing, defect validation, and logging defects is included in the early ramp-up expectations.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time business hours and adjust working hours as needed for team collaboration.
