Description

  • Support the primary Technical Account Manager in monitoring the health and performance of Varicent solutions across a portfolio of VIP customers.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customer stakeholders and help maximize return on their Varicent investment.
  • Assist in coaching users on Varicent functionality, configuration concepts, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Review new features, fixes, and release notes to assess impact on customer environments.
  • Contribute to configuring Varicent solutions based on documented customer requirements under senior guidance.
  • Prepare and share monthly performance, utilization, and support metric summaries.
  • Analyze solution usage and data patterns to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist with proactive maintenance actions, solution improvements, troubleshooting, and defect investigation.
  • Identify opportunities for customer value realization and support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion conversations.
  • Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams on change management, reusable objects, project outcomes, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills, including SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best-practice concepts.
  • Understanding of the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent software products is strongly preferred, including administering, implementing, or supporting them.
  • Ability to work alongside Technical Account Managers within a customer success environment.
  • Comfort supporting data validation, report creation, performance troubleshooting, and configuration changes.
  • Ability to independently perform full TAM duties after approximately 12 months.
