Description

  • Develop and execute a global SEO content strategy aligned to Valtech’s positioning.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and topic clusters across priority verticals.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategy for local execution.
  • Brief and develop long-form content including thought leadership pieces, guides, case study landing pages and pillar pages.
  • Work with subject matter experts, practice leads and leadership to surface distinctive company thinking.
  • Maintain Valtech’s brand voice across all commissioned content.
  • Track and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, content engagement and conversion performance.
  • Conduct regular content audits and prioritize refreshes to improve SEO impact.
  • Stay current on algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends and LLM-optimized content best practices.
  • Embed SEO considerations into content creation with copywriters, designers, editors, Martech, Demand Generation, Campaign and web teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO content strategy, ideally in B2B or professional services.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings at scale.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and GA4.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and experience working with developers on implementation.
  • Experience briefing and commissioning content from writers, designers and subject matter experts.
  • Comfort with data storytelling and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed, global organizations.
  • Multilingual or multi-market SEO experience, including hreflang and localization workflows, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with thought leadership and B2B content formats such as white papers, executive POVs and analyst-style content is preferred.
  • Experience in a global consultancy, digital agency or technology company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS environments and content operations workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content creation and LLM optimization strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and how content supports lead generation is preferred.
